AEM Support L2 (Work from home)

7+ years of experience in L2/L3 AEM application support handling user request, addressing issues/bug and supporting application upgrade or release 

Strong experience with AEM regular maintenance (online/offline) backup, recovery of AEM instances and re-indexing procedures

Strong experience with Linux/Unix administration, and AWS. Familiar with EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda services on AWS.

Good process knowledge on ServiceNow or other ticketing tool and aware of SLA metrics and reports of the same

Aware of change management process and execution of support change request and on-call response and duties.

Work with CI and CD tools like Jenkins, and experience

Experience with source control such as GIT and SVN.

Enabling automation scripts using Bash, Python.

Experience in Web and Infrastructure monitoring tools like Xymon and Application performance management tools like AppDynamics, Splunk.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide L2 support to all applications hosted on the platform

Develop automation and deployment utilities using Bash, Python and Groovy

Setup infrastructure with higher availability for new applications on demand

Automate and integrate

Provision and manage stacks of AWS resources based on cloud formation templates

Manage/Troubleshoot any issues with Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, Nexus, Crowd, Adobe Experience Manager, Apache HTTPD server, Apache Tomcat

Configure and manage AWS services - EC2, S3, EBS, IAM, ALB, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, DAX

Install/Upgrade/manage Adobe experience manager

Work with the prototyping and construction teams to review user specifications and produce technical design specifications for non- functional requirements

Ensure timely delivery of application infrastructure for project releases

Work with security team to remediate vulnerabilities in the live application
