Duties:

• Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance w with Physician or Physician extender w ill provide education and guidance w with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.

Skills:   

• Two years of experience

Education:         

• NY State Certificate OR CDR - required.
• Primary Source Verification - required.
• Bachelor's degree - required.
• AHA BLS - required.
• Master's degree - preferred

Languages:        

• English          Read     Write    Speak

Certifications & Licenses:            

• NY State Certificate OR CDR
• Registered Dietician
