Case Management Coordinator is responsible for telephonically and/or face to face assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating all case management activities with members to evaluate the medical needs of the member to facilitate the member’s overall wellness. Case Management Coordinator will effectively manage a caseload that includes supportive and complex members. Develop a proactive course of action to address issues presented to enhance the short and long-term outcomes as well as opportunities to enhance a member’s overall wellness through integration. Case Management Coordinators will determine appropriate services and support due to members’ health needs; including but not limited to: Prior Authorizations, Coordination with PCP and skilled providers, Condition management information, Medication review, Community resources and support.

Location : Richland, WA 99352 This position is expected to work independently with minimal supervision in moderate to complex actions and issues. It will require technical and organizational ability and a high degree of accuracy and independence, including but not limited to; organizing and maintaining the department SharePoint site, working with project managers to track and monitor project files, make sure that Teams and SharePoint are up to date, and access to said SharePoint project files. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team collaboration, and program execution. Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint, with additional experience using MS Access and Power Apps. Demonstrates strong analytical and project management expertise. PMP certification is a valuable asset.
Location : PHILADELPHIA Pennsylvania GIS Technician/Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in drafting, QA/QC, and geographic data analysis. Skilled in CAD software including GTECH and MicroStation Connect, with advanced 2D and 3D modeling capabilities. Experienced in interpreting technical drawings, implementing design modifications, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively on project teams and support the creation and maintenance of GIS maps and layers.
Location : Fort Worth TX The primary responsibilities of this role will be aligned with one of the below four functional areas within the Drug and Alcohol team, with the flexibility to support other areas as needed based on business demands. Appropriate training will be provided to ensure success in assigned responsibilities and any cross-functional support.
