As an Administrative Assistant within our Employee Experience business and badged to our Chicago office, you’ll require a passion for client/customer satisfaction as well as the desire to continually tackle new challenges.

This position often requires the handling of sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. Performance Objectives

Challenging and varied work that fosters continuous development of your technical, interpersonal, and project administration skills. Common tasks may include:

  • Thorough proofreading, quality control and editorial review of client and internal facing documents
  • Client Project Administration (including project set-up and contract administration)
  • Preparing client invoices and generating client/project financial reports
  • Researching billing and expense discrepancies
  • Meeting/event coordination and preparation
  • Presentation and written documentation/communication preparation
  • Complex scheduling and travel arrangements
  • The opportunity to provide advanced level support in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as serve as the Microsoft application expert to our client teams
  • The opportunity to work directly with our consultants on client deliverables and related project management responsibilities
