Job Description:

The Account Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for researching, cleaning, and managing end customer accounts within master data. The successful candidate will use web research abilities, moderate Microsoft Excel skills along with knowledge of hierarchies and data structures to ensure that End Customer master data and associated metadata is accurate and up to date. In addition, the Account Intelligence Analyst will aid the Account Intelligence Manager with various tasks related to day-to-day functions of the Account Intelligence team.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree)

• Experience with Web and Database research

• Experience with Salesforce.com

• Experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot tables)
