Admin/ Front Desk

Duration:    3 - 4 Month (Contract to hire)

  • This is an admin/front desk representative position working in the health insurance retail store of Highmark.
  • This is a store front where the client sells all health care products/insurances to the public.
  • Products being sold include Affordable Care Act plans, Medicare plans, and plans for individuals on social security among other products.

Specific requirement:

• This person will answer the phone, great people as they come in and find out what they need, set up appointments or arrange for them to meet a staff member on site for walk in appointments.

This resource will not sell any healthcare products.

• Must be computer literate including how to use Microsoft Office, email, internet, and basic computer skills for Windows OS.

• Must have customer service experience

• Must have previous face to face customer interaction

• Must have previous experience answering incoming phone calls

• Must be able to multitask

• Must have good communication skills

• Must have reliable transportation

The store is open from 9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Saturday. This job will work 8:00am-6:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (four ten-hour shifts).
