Administrative Assistant

This position will assist with preparation for major compliance audit, attention to detail is imperative. Training will be provided but must be confident enough to work independently.

Must be able to type and use an office scanner. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe PDF.

Primary Data entry and organization of documents.

Business Casual, appropriate footwear required, close toe (safety shoes preferred)

Description:

General admin duties. Can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Take messages Sort mail/distribute mail General understanding of Microsoft Word Send out Fed Ex packages. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. *Ability to speak effectively and present information one-on-one and before groups of customers or employees of organization *Proficiency in computer applications including some or all of the following: Powerpoint, Word, Excel

Qualifications/Skills:

• Previous administrative/coordinator experience preferred

• Demonstrate a positive attitude, organizational skills, high level of accuracy, attention to detail, time management skills.

• Excel experience required – mainly data entry/tracking, no data analysis will be handled

• Strong phone/writing etiquette

• Strong Customer Service
