Analyst I - Sr. Lease Analyst

The Sr. Lease Analyst is responsible to coordinate functions of Lease Administration to include, new lease and amendment abstraction and review when needed; rent commencement lease payment authorizations related thereto; lease database management; key lease dates, company reports and lease clarifications.
Skills: Must Have:
- Real Estate Databases, Legal research, contract negotiation and/or contract administration.
Experience:
- Requirements include at least 5 years of Lease experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and Outlook. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight scheduled guidelines.
- Ability to communicate verbally clearly, accurately, and professionally and via email with internal and external customers and establish effective working relationships.
- The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency with a proven ability to respond to and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work in a high paced team environment.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Real Estate Databases, Legal research, contract negotiation and/or contract administration.
Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; associate degree required.
Experience Required: 04-05 Years.
Shift: Onsite, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
