Analyst, Performance Planning & Analysis

• This job is a member of the Performance Planning & Analysis team within the Cargo Division
• The Cargo Planning and Performance team leads and executes all goal setting, budgeting, performance tracking and analysis for the entire cargo division.
• The team works with business unit leaders to set objectives and support ways to achieve them, across revenue, operations, and service functions in cargo.

• Bachelor's degree required

• 0-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Consulting, Data Analysis, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role

• Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or R

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications-

• Master’s degree in business, Finance or Analytics

• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or equivalent visualization software

• Prior experience in airlines/transportation/freight forwarding
