Application Developer

Duration: 06 Months

Designs, codes, tests, documents, and maintains applications to meet business needs based on the defined Software Development Life Cycle. Works closely with customers, business area subject matter experts, team members and other internal technical teams to design, develop and maintain complex applications in support of market needs and internal corporate requirements. Uses toolsets that adhere to the frameworks of the technical stack used across the Application Services division and ensures that products and solutions comply with the organization’s architectural standards.

Some travel (1-2/week) – team meetings, site visits

Top 3 skills needed?

• Ansible & bash scripting, Git, maven & Jenkins for automated rpm builds, Languages and Interfaces: Java, JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, JS, Kubernetes / Containers.

Preferred Skills:

• Azure Cloud Development Experience.
• Crafter CMS 4.x Experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience of 5+ years software development.
