Associate Business Analyst

Duration:  5 months+ (Contract to Hire)

• This job analyzes, codes, and compares basic client and group data, as well as provides general production support, meeting defined service level agreements. Assists in collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand low complex business requirements and processes related client, product, and benefits configuration solutions.

Required Skills :

• Medical/insurance background experience required.
• B.A./business experience desired; HS degree not required.
• Technical background preferred.
• Desired candidate will have a BA degree and a few years of experience.
• The candidate will be working with software developers and customers who are other software developers and business analysts.
• They will be building out test software; working with test operations; building test scripts.
• Familiarity and experience with Selenium and Java is strongly desired.

Schedule –40 hours/week.
