Associate Product Manager, Hardware Platforms

• Candidate will be responsible for supporting the QTI Test Tools hardware platform products in collaboration with local and international teams. Identify potential ways to improve customer experience and implement new approaches to •

improve customer support while minimizing support burdens to other teams.

• The candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary team (Hardware, Software, RF, Systems, Product Management, Customer Support, etc.) to produce hardware platform documentation such as product briefs, overview documents, user guides and other artifacts required to enable external customer success.

• Experience in software testing is strongly preferred in this customer-facing role that includes onboarding new customers and training customers in the use of Qualcomm's test platforms. A successful candidate must have strong communication skills, must be an effective team player, and be able to work independently.

• Product support or product management experience.

• Prior experience in testing Modem, Systems or Software with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Direct customer support experience, preferably via Salesforce case system

• Solid understanding of digital telecommunications concepts including 5G/4G/3G, IMS and legacy technologies.

Linux system administration and Android HLOS compilation and debugging experience desired.
