Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- Supporting SLT (Senior Execs) from VP and CEO
Roles & Responsibilities
- With strong customer service Pedigree
- Supporting SLT (Senior Execs ) from VP and CEO
- About 40 Senior Execs
- About 30 rooms
- Supporting board room meetings – including quarterly meeting etc
- AV proactive monitoring and also coordinating with EA of Execs
- VP – Concierge service/support, prompt responses and good communication
- Mostly Microsoft technologies – Windows, IOS, teams ( widely used)
- 8 am to 5 pm EST, after office hour support can be discussed. Resources to be flexible.
- While Mobile Device Mgmt is not in scope but trouble shooting support etc is required.
