Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- Supporting SLT (Senior Execs) from VP and CEO

Roles & Responsibilities

  • With strong customer service Pedigree
  • Supporting SLT (Senior Execs ) from VP and CEO
  • About 40 Senior Execs
  • About 30 rooms
  • Supporting board room meetings – including quarterly meeting etc
  • AV proactive monitoring and also coordinating with EA of Execs
  • VP – Concierge service/support, prompt responses and good communication
  • Mostly Microsoft technologies – Windows, IOS, teams ( widely used)
  • 8 am to 5 pm EST, after office hour support can be discussed. Resources to be flexible.
  • While Mobile Device Mgmt is not in scope but trouble shooting support etc is required.
