BIAN Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities:
- Assess enterprise / LoB readiness and perform impact analysis for the identified transformation initiative and create a workable execution plan.
- Achieve consensus between business and IT stakeholders to “Domain Driven Design” principles and create a “BIAN inspired enterprise framework” for technology and cloud agnostic semantic approach enabling composable enterprise.
- Capture functional and non-functional capabilities of target state platform and identify missing, redundant and overlapping capabilities.
- Provides overall direction, prioritization, decisioning, guidance, oversight and definition of interim state, roadmap, migration plan and target state architecture to effectively support business and IT strategies.
- Define Roadmap with activities, tasks, milestones, migration, execution sequence, dependencies, fallback options, cost, challenges, risks and mitigation measures.
- Measure complexities involved in transformation and create solution for minimizing risks & optimizing smooth transformation.
- Align with existing architecture standards and if required create / define standards, artefacts and assets for new technology and architecture patterns needs to be adopted.
- Develop change management process which can help organization develop an optimal environment for transformation success across people, processes, products and platforms.
- Advise client CIO/CTO in large IT transformation projects.
- Track/analyze emerging business/IT trends and provide NextGen technology/solution proposition to clients.
Education:
- A minimum of 15+ years’ of experience in software delivery and operations, technology leadership and architecture.
- Strong banking domain skills with strong transformation architecture consulting background and experience.
- “Hands-on” enterprise architecture experience with formal certification like BIAN, TOGAF, Cloud etc.
- Experienced with Modern Cloud and Microservice Architectures and Platform approaches.
- Understanding of security, risk, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, DORA, NIST etc.), disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity
- Knowledge and experience across multiple architectural domains (business, data, application, technology, etc.)
- Experience of Agile and Product Management discipline
