Implement the Business Operations Transformation (BOT) end-to-end rollout of the new Target Operating Model underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba technology defined in a Global Template as part of a Cluster of defined countries in a single release.? Secure the transformation required according to BOT principles which include a ‘brutally standard approach’. Drive the business transformation to ensure each local market is operationally ready to receive BOT. Ensure handover to BAU organisation is managed in an orderly way.

What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?

1. Project Plan including resource plan
2. Status Reporting, including Risk & Issues
3. Country transformation plan, including Comms Change & training to ensure operational readiness
4. Transition of country finance & procurement services to Global Business Operations (GBO) team
5. Stakeholder management to local country leadership & Global Programme leadership teams

What are the main 3-5 technologies this resource should be proficient in?

1. SAP S/4 HANA

1. Proven tracked record of programme management experience on?large-scale Retail Global Business Transformation programs (min. 10 years).?? 
2. Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation within last 3 years
3. Global Business Transformation and Change Experience
4. Global experience of managing and challenging SI delivery
5. Experience in complex programme environments involving multiple system integrators operating with a global delivery model?
