• Lead gap analysis sessions.
• Developing requirement artifacts, designing solution.
• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software.
• Basic knowledge of Java/J2EE 5. Strong knowledge of UI domain
• Analyze requirements.
• Communicate with offshore for clear understanding of the requirement.
• Participate during SIT and UAT

Skill Required:

• Knowledge of Unemployment Insurance (Mandatory) · Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Application Capability Demonstration, Gap Analysis and Documentation, Functional Designing, Customer Communication
• Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Visio · JIRA platform · Java basics · Writing SQL queries
• Experience Required
