Position Requirements:           

• Hybrid – up to 2 days/week in office and remaining workdays remote
• Program management; limited income customer engagement (intake, program administrator, social services, etc.).
• Project management; Program management; Community Outreach, community engagement and outreach; social services administrator, customer service representative
• Assist with creating, administering, and maintaining customer financial assistance programs – programs to assist with may include but not limited to expanding financial assistance grants on customer electricity accounts, community solar projects, credit empowerment program expansion, programs braided with energy efficiency, community resource fairs, expanding an ambassador program, managing the supportive technology of these programs.
• Bachelor’s preferred but not required.
• CIMS, MS excel, MS Point, etc. preferred but more required.
