Business Analyst III

The Business Analyst on the Delivery as a Service (DaaS) project will identify and plan DaaS database development. reporting and support tasks. In this role, you will be handling end-to-end requirements and project planning. This includes reviewing results, and production implementations while serving as the liaison between the developers and Mail Operations.

Experience:

• Creating, maintaining, and managing project plans/schedules, creating process flow documentation, ensuring efficiency in planned tasks and resource assignments.
• Independently work with Technology and Business teams as the system/data SME, as well as the relevant functional managers to ensure projects adhere to the project scope.
• Independently analyzing parameters including costs, timelines, technical functions, benefits and risks of projects, ad-hoc request and overall reporting quality Identifying ways to improve request planning, execution, communication, and monitoring processes.
• Experience identifying and driving process improvement initiatives with business owners to address and resolve project risks or issues.
• Provide analysis and documentation for business rules, data profiling, data dictionaries and data mapping/ETL.
• Independently lead projects, analyze complex database tables and files, and define and aid resolve reporting issues.

Skills: Must Have

• 3+ years of related Business Analyst experience working within a Reporting/Technical Team Development environment or a portfolio team business environment, managing projects, ad-hoc request and issues.
• Have experience analyzing and creating documentation for business rules, data profiling, data dictionaries and data mapping/ETL.
• Strong understanding of database and data-flow concepts.
• Experience identifying and driving process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.

Experience Required: 02-04 Years.

Shift: Mon – Fri, 40 hrs.
