  • Assign and Manage work assignments (daily and special)
  • SME for Oracle tool and ability to troubleshoot and provide awareness of IT issues
  • Oversee administration tasks
  • Manage Attendance
  • Create Job aids
  • Attend training classes
  • Supervise escalated request
  • Manage and report backlog
  • Provide support to Billing Operations
  • Create and follow help desk tickets
  • Any other work identified by the sups that would not result in a union issue
