Business Consultant II
Duration: 24 Months
- Assign and Manage work assignments (daily and special)
- SME for Oracle tool and ability to troubleshoot and provide awareness of IT issues
- Oversee administration tasks
- Provide support to Billing Operations
- Create and follow help desk tickets
- Any other work identified by the sups that would not result in a union issue
