  • Hands-on experience with large scale Insurance BPS Outsourcing and Transformation sales cycles
  • Operations Experience In Insurance BPS Will Be Preferred
  • Reaching CXOs and articulating can help in their business growth by leveraging cross industry trends and technology transformation.
  • Drive large and strategic deals across P&C Insurance.
  • End to end responsibility of deal spotting, qualification, shaping and winning. Industry domain knowledge is a must.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted prospects.
  • Work in close collaboration with Company market development and sales-support teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.
  • The candidate should be prepared to travel (domestic/international) per the need of the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrable experience of large and strategic BPS deals in the recent past
  • Ability to play at the highest CxO level and with business leadership.

Qualifications:

  • P&C Insurance BPS Sales 13 + years of experience.
