Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Business Support Specialist provides a wide variety of support activities ensuring the operational readiness of the organization.
• Colleague support for leave of absence inquiries
• E-mail administration
• Case management
Administrative support as needed (mailings, task support, paperwork follow up)
Other support as needed

Required Skills:

 Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and perform in a deadline driven environment
Human Resources experience preferred; experience administering Leave of Absence preferred but not required
