To ensure and enable effective change management to successfully implement BOT in the countries. Responsible for supporting and facilitating in planning, managing risks & issues, and overseeing the implementation of the project changes to individual countries. To drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered

What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?

  1. Secure aligned and integrated P&BR approach and materials are in place
  2. Localised change management tools/materials in place and realised in country (CIA, communication & engagement plan)
  3. Country has an active Implementation Network in place
  4. Overall Training approach available and used for training scheduling
  5. Track, monitor/follow up on progress of the P&BR areas in the project plan

What are the main 3-5 technologies this resource should be proficient in?

1. SAP S/4 HANA

2. SAP Ariba

What are the TOP 5 Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have on their resume in order to be considered?

  1. Proven track record of Change Management experience on?large-scale Retail Global Business Transformation programs (min. 10 years).?
  2. 5 years or more experience in internal and external change implementations
  3. Solid experience with leading in change and organisational transformation in project implementations
  4. Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  5. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
