Manager’s Comment:

• Business Unit: Change management and Business transformation Group.
• 5-10 Years experience in developing Change management (OCM) and Business Strategy.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree, master’s is Preferred.
• Utility exp is desired.
• Working/Supporting Stakeholders or senior leaders.
• Hybrid Setup (Tuesday & Wednesday are core days).
• Experience with Power BI/Excel/PowerPoint/power apps/Excel is highly helpful for this position.
• PROSCI certification is Plus to have but not required.
