Change Manager II

Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Facilitate and lead change management practices within the business organization.
• Apply a standard Change Management methodology to prepare for, manage and sustain change through all change activities. This includes strategic, organizational, process, and system changes.
• Plan and Execute on Change Management strategies and plans for transformation initiatives/projects.
• Perform impact analysis and evaluate the impact of change in the organization.
• Develop a change heatmap to understand change saturation in the organization.
• Develop change governance models to support operations and transformational projects.
• Through continual employee engagement and adoption metrics, look for opportunities to make process improvements to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Assist in developing plans to properly manage organizational changes.
• Identify and address areas of concerns of employees about changes.
Basic Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 7+ years’ experience in a Change Management role
• Experience in business operations
• Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.
• Proficiency to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to work independently as well with others.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams.
Nice to have Requirements.
• PROSCI Certification or CMS Certification (Change Management Specialist)
• PMP Certification
• Software project management experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Agile methodologies
