The Change Lead will develop and execute a change management plan for the <Project.> Inputs and deliverables of the change management plan may include but are not limited to:
- Stakeholder Identification & Enlisting

- Communications Plan
- Change Measurement Approach
- Training Needs Assessment
- Readiness Assessment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with knowledge and successful implementation of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Responsibilities: Required Working as per post
- Be a critical partner to the project teams enabling successful project implementation with targeted impacted audiences, and support them in integrating change management activities into their project plans
- Create and implement Change Management strategies and plans for strategic projects that maximize employee engagement and adoption through the development and implementation of change management tools and processes
- Facilitate identification of, definition of, and interventions for audience-specific change impacts.
- Manage and monitor change adoption by identifying success metrics, developing ways to measure against those metrics, and outlining mitigation approaches for the project
- Ensure compliance and adherence to the enterprise Change Management Strategy through the management of cross-functional linkages & activities in ways that support a cohesive employee workplace experience for all organizational change initiatives
- Build and maintain effective foundational partnerships across the organization to develop holistic implementation plans for key projects (i.e. Learning & Development to ensure effective Training Strategy and training deliverables, HR/Business for organization/staffing, Corporate Communications for input and messaging distribution, and IT PMO for project implementation alignment)
