Communications Contractor

Duration: _____ Months/__03 weeks__weeks.

  • Manage communications from the program team to the users on aspects of the program like updates, key milestones, etc.
  • Develop and launching communications for our standard offerings for users to use and how to use.
  • Partner with the training team to communicate on training and onboarding options and offerings.
  • Co-ordinate communications with regional and state leads and GMs for cascading down program messages and updates.
  • Act as single point of contact for intake on responses to communications sent out.
  • Identify change management issues identified as part of communications.
  • Develop high level, executive communications, and user-level communications.
  • Track and measure effectiveness of communications and adjust accordingly.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Skills: Must Have

  • Proven experience as communications specialist on large transformation projects (preferable Business Intelligence transformation projects).
  • Solid understanding of project and program management principles.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.

Experience Required: 05-07+ Years.

Shift: 8-hour days, 5-days per week.
