Consultant Senior Project Manager, HCM

Duration: 12 Months

• Hybrid Role - 50% on site in Milwaukee, 50% Remote
• 10% travel may be required. Occasional trips to Paramus NJ
• Looking for a Sr PM to implement HRIS Platforms. Should be familiar with Workday, SuccessFactors, or any other HRIS systems.
• Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects may involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, process improvement, etc. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
• Bachelors degree or above - preference in business, IT, Finance , HRIS area
• 7+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, working on HCM project implementation including Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Onboarding and more
• PMP certification preferred.
• CSM certification preferred
• Expect up to 15% travel but not every week
• Most work done on Central and Eastern time US
