Content Specialist

Duration: 12 Months

Provide content development and administrative support in the execution of marketing, customer education, media and outreach activities. Support communications planning and execution. Develop, review and route creative. Execute multiple marketing and communications tactics focused on education and engagement of customers. Coordinate delivery and communication of program offerings with internal stakeholders and customer-facing organizations. Track and report campaign effectiveness and provide optimization recommendations.

Requires a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, PR, graphic design, or a related field and at least 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Performs a variety of tasks. Social media proficiency and writing skills are expected. Must be willing to travel throughout the region to cover events in person.

Hybrid/Remote. Position will require traveling throughout the region to cover  events. 1 day min. a week required in the office if not traveling

12-month contract with the potential for renewal after 12 months.

Candidate Profile

Computer and mobile devise proficiency, writing skills, and project management.

6-10 years of experience

Bachelor’s degree is required

Ability to use all social media sites, social media scheduling software, data software, outlook, and Microsoft suite. Canva and basic video editing software.

Experience producing communication for a large reputable business.

Willingness to go out there and find the story. Organizational skills and flexibility. Team oriented with a collaborative attitude.

Need to be able to travel throughout the region and know how to use iPhone

PR or Web Certifications would be nice to have
