Contract Reviewer

The Contract Reviewer will have working knowledge of Supplier facing agreements in support of Pharmaceutical Clinical Research and Development (Phase 1-4) conducted globally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Tower in the Legal Department including:

• Drafting and negotiating Master Services Agreements, confidentiality agreements, services agreements, work orders, change orders, individual project agreements and license agreements.
• Analyzing and negotiating complex contract provisions.
• Preparing contracts using established template agreements but drafting alternate contract language and conforming supplier’s templates to ensure protection of Client’s business interests, as well as compliance with Clients’ policies and applicable laws.

Shift: Day
