Cost Engineering Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

• Hybrid Work - Report to office 2 days a week. Semi-Flexible: Monday to Friday 8-9am start time and end time 4-5pm
• Top 3 skills needed -Analytical, Communication, Organized
• Candidate MUST haves- Financial or project cost background, Excel savvy, attention to details and ability to communicate financial results/analysis
• Years of experience- 1-5 years
• Education Level/Type- Finance, Accounting, Business or Project Management.
• Technical/Software- Project Cost Analyst, Finance or Accounting
• Deal breakers- No prior experience with Financial data, Does not understand what an Accrual is.
• Specific project/projects contractor would be working on-Construction projects.

Additional information- We are looking for individuals that have experience as a Project Cost Analyst. A Project Cost Analyst is a Financial Advisor for Construction projects. Needs to have

experience handling financial data with focus on analysis and ability to communicate results/analysis. We do Journal Entries, Variance explanations, Budgeting,

Forecasting and Project Authorization - so an individual interested in Finance, Accounting and Project Management would do well.
