Curriculum Developer II
Duration:- 24 Months
As a Training Development Specialist for Aftermarket Supply Chain, you will own the Order Management course curriculum and development activities for Parts IT Modernization, for students who are primarily dealers and Parts Support Services team members. You will collaborate with Order Management digital process expert and stakeholders to:
- Modify training needs and determine appropriate training requirements and delivery methods for students.
- Create course objectives, design course material, independently or collaboratively, aligned with curriculum plan.
- Drive stakeholder consent reviews during the development process, and course material hand-off discussion and activities with the digital process experts and regional functional experts.
- Work with client’s University team, ensuring training courses and course information are available to students.
What Skills You Need:
- 2 or more years’ experience in software application, process, and systems training.
- Ability to identify and capture project details, scope project milestones, execute the plan, prioritize the work, and, at times, work and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication, change mindset and relationship management skills.
- Strong, demonstrated examples of driving collaboration and inclusion.
- Ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (early morning/evening) when necessary to support global business needs.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Educational Details:
Ideally you have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or any related field.
