Customer Service Administrator
Description :-
- Set up portal registrations.
- Assist with order entry.
- Complete CS support requests.
- Assist with filtering the CS Inbox.
- Escalate issues and problem cases to the Client Services Supervisors or Manager.
- Answer CS call queue.
- In this role we are looking for someone that has a strong presence on the phone.
Hours :- 8:30-5 Monday-Friday, on-site
Qualifications :-
- Prior experience in an Admin role preferred but not required.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Teams/Outlook preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
