Customer Service Administrator

Description :-

  • Set up portal registrations.
  • Assist with order entry.
  • Complete CS support requests.
  • Assist with filtering the CS Inbox.
  • Escalate issues and problem cases to the Client Services Supervisors or Manager.
  • Answer CS call queue.
  • In this role we are looking for someone that has a strong presence on the phone.

Hours :- 8:30-5 Monday-Friday, on-site

Qualifications :-

  • Prior experience in an Admin role preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Teams/Outlook preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
