Job Description:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- You must have at least (2) years customer service experience (call center environment is preferred).
- You must be able to type a *MINIMUM* of 40 words per minute.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong PC Skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task (type while talking to customers)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- You must demonstrate excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- You must have a proven track record of reliability and customer focus.
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service Call Center Background
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of customer relations
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent managerial skills
