SUMMARY:
Retail/Marketing Analyst
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail/Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has 2 - 5 years of experience working as an analyst in the consumer electronics or retail physical product space within brick and mortar stores. You should have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, as well as proficiency in Tableau and SQL commands. As a Retail/Marketing Analyst, your primary focus will be ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and visualization of all data and records related to our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize your expertise in Tableau to build and maintain interactive dashboards that provide insightful analysis and visualizations of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our retail operations. Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders within the organization.
- Data Accuracy and Accessibility: Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of all data and records related to our operations. Develop and implement data quality assurance processes and protocols to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline data collection and storage methods.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Plan, manage, and execute largescale data collection initiatives across our global partners. Work closely with channel marketing, sales, analytics, and external vendors to gather relevant data and ensure timely and accurate reporting. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Communication and Alignment: Act as a strong communicator and champion alignment both internally and externally. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on datarelated initiatives. Engage with external partners and vendors to maintain effective working relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience as a retail or marketing analyst in the consumer electronics or retail physical product space within brick and mortar stores.
- Proficiency in Tableau for building interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong command of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Meticulous and organized approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute largescale data collection and reporting initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience with budget management and reporting is preferred.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and metrics is a plus.
Pay Rate- 55$/Hr
