Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst experienced in Tableau. This contract position involves creating insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations for AR/VR products using field and factory data. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision and technical assistance
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive and informative data analytics dashboards using Tableau.
- Utilize Salesforce for analytics as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Work with field and factory data to create reports on field failure rate, first pass yield, DPPM, and other relevant metrics.
- Implement dashboarding techniques and utilize various tools effectively.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Storytelling through data interpretation, ensuring effective communication with both cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Provide insights into product performance through a deep understanding of field and factory data. - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development.
- Experience with Salesforce for analytics is a plus.
- Previous work experience in consumer electronics data analytics is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Knowledge of Python (preferred).
- Strong understanding of field failure rate, first pass yield, DPPM, and related concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiatives, and learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of statistics and data analytics methodologies.
