SUMMARY:

 

We are looking for a Global Field Sales Analyst to work out of the BUR office, or remote. This person will be responsible for planning, budgeting, communicating, building, maintaining, visualizing and reporting on all aspects as it relates to Field Services Operations programs across all of our existing and future partners. This technical role plays an instrumental part in contributing to the vision for our global customers to find, learn and experience products through physical retail. It is critical to have experience with retail and marketing operations, data architecture and analysis, dashboarding/visualization of data, and budget management.

 

The primary role of the Global Field Sales Analyst is to ensure that everything data and records related is maintained, housed, and managed with accuracy, accessibility and visualization (dashboards) in mind. In addition, mastery and maintenance of the budget is critical to the operations. The role is accuracy and organization oriented and is focused on planning, managing, and executing large data collection, housing, reporting programs and projects across our global partners. The Global Field Sales Analyst must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment working collaboratively across channel marketing, sales, analytics, and external vendors.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with Building/Deploying a data pipeline management system partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage/Maintain/Visualize large volumes of data from multiple sources globally.
  • Partner closely with Channel Marketing Managers, Strategic Account Managers, 3rd party labor partners, Analytics and Channel Services team members on a regular basis to run the business with the utmost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Act as liaison between global 3rd party labor partners, channel marketing managers and channel services for data management.
  • Assess and make calculated decisions to maximize ROI and efficiency by leveraging partnerships with the internal analytics team.
  • Build highly detailed analysis recommendations for a variety of initiatives across all product lines.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce processes for all operations globally in store and with 3rd party labor partners. 
  • Review instructions and execution for multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • Manage the reporting of the results of the field execution to internal stakeholders via internal dashboards.
  • Process invoices and work closely with the Global Field Merchandising Manager to ensure all 3rd party labor projects are on budget and tracked accordingly.

 

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:   

 

  • Creating Data Visualization experience, Tableau preferred
  • Ability to write commands in SQL
  • Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.

 

Good to have skills:

 

  • Consumer Electronics or Electronics Retailer industry experience.
  • Prior budget/fiscal management experience.
  • Ability to translate complex engineering and data related items to make them understandable by the lowest common denominator.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of professional experience in retail or channel marketing analytics.
  • Proven ability to understand the unique operating conditions within retailers domestically and globally and how that impacts the planning and executing of the initiatives for all product lines.
  • Must have experience sharing program / project updates across broad teams and organizations - transparency is key within the FB culture and the ability to communicate, clear + concise cross functionally at all levels.
  • Creating Data Visualization experience, Tableau preferred
  • Ability to write commands in SQL
  • Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail with ability to track and articulate the intricacies of reporting results for project execution.
  • Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Excellent at strategizing and providing solutions that benefit all parties involved.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
  • Excellent communicator, superb verbal, and written communication.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Consumer Electronics experience.

Budget and fiscal management experience is preferred.

Familiarity with retail partners and their guidelines / processes.

Experience within a brand managing analysis and budgets.

Experience in reporting on large-scale launches and programs.

Experience in working in a highly cross-functional setting.

Ability to translate complex engineering and data related items to make them understandable by the lowest common denominator.
