Data Center System Administrator III

Duration:  3 Months (possibility of extension up to 18 Months)

* Install, maintain, and de-commission servers, network hardware, and rack components in datacenter racks
* Install, maintain, and de-commission network and power cabling
* Install, configure, and maintain server OS (Linux and Windows) and network switches (Arista and Dell)
* Trouble shoot server and network hardware and software
* Monitor, respond to, and update SDE SysOp Jira ticketing system for data center support requests, including participating in daily stand-up to review ticket priorities
* Update datacenter Wiki, DCIM, and other administrative tools.
* Assist with maintaining and updating inventory of datacenter equipment, components, and consumables
* Handle shipping and receiving of data center equipment, including packing, palletizing, and preparing shipping documents
* Assist in maintaining cleaning and organizing the data center and storage area as needed.

Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs of equipment.
Knowledge and experience to A+ certification.

Shift: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
