Data Entry Operator - IV

Duration :  12 Months +

LAPTOP PROVIDED

Hybrid position; candidate must be able to work onsite 1 day a week.

  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and deal information.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
  • Processes customer and deal source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
  • Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Enters customer and deal data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verifies entered customer and deal data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
  • Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least 3yrs of data entry experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Data entry experience or related office experience
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge.
  • Advanced English level.

Proven ability to communicate effectively across different finance organizations, including corporate purchasing and accounts payable, and to interact well with external contractors.
