Data Entry Operator - IV
Duration : 12 Months +

Hybrid position; candidate must be able to work onsite 1 day a week.

- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and deal information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Processes customer and deal source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Enters customer and deal data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and deal data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:
- Must possess at least 3yrs of data entry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Data entry experience or related office experience
- Advanced MS Office knowledge.
- Advanced English level.
Proven ability to communicate effectively across different finance organizations, including corporate purchasing and accounts payable, and to interact well with external contractors.
