Data Scientist III

Duration:  6 Months

Pay Rate: 70-75/HR. on W2

• We are seeking a Data Scientist Contingent Worker to conduct exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional datasets, build pipelines for Data Science models and support in all aspects of the team/program work including modeling formal experiments and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manipulate large datasets across a complex database to derive insights and implement change.
• Use statistical knowledge to interpret the data drive decisions.
• Provide business intelligence and data visualization support which includes but not limited to support for dashboards and other ad-hoc requests requiring data analysis and visual support.

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

• Advance/pro experience in data manipulation using advanced SQL.
• The ability to communicate effectively in writing, including conveying complex information and promoting in-depth engagement on course topics.
• Experience working with large datasets.

Good to have skills:

• Experienced in either programming languages such as Python and/or R.
• Experienced in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Ability to work independently and write high quality production ready code.
• Ideal years of total & relevant experience - 4 – 6
• Nice to have: Master of Science degree in computer science or in a relevant field.
