Designer I - Digital Design and Visual Content Creator
Duration: 06 Months.
The Digital Design and Visual Content Creator will contribute to our day-to-day creative strategies and develop marketing materials that help drive our organizational growth and better our member experience. This role will provide a broad range of graphic design and creative solutions, from developing impactful presentations and infographics to email and marketing collateral formatting and design.
Skills: Must Have
- Applying advanced functions of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and related software to conceptualize, design, structure, and format reporting and communications products including PowerPoints, infographics, brochures/flyers, templates, and emails.
- Executing layout and design for key business initiatives and meetings like sales and finalist presentations, company town halls, educational playbooks, and white papers.
- Working with a team of strategic marking managers to make changes and refine designs of existing or templated materials as needed.
- Organize and manage day-to-day projects utilizing Workamajig, our project management platform.
- Presenting viable, on-brand design concepts, incorporating feedback, and delivering all assets optimized, and production ready, ensuring consistent branding, style guidelines and design integrity/quality is met.
- Support creative and marketing strategies, and ensure projects meet expectations.
- Working with vendors to manage translations and/or remediation for accessibly of final digital collateral as needed.
- Finalizing files and assets per the established retention process
Experience:
- An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in graphic/interactive design preferred, minimum verifiable High School diploma or GED required plus a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in marketing/advertising/digital communications
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite required. Must have proven skills with document creation and formatting (primarily in PowerPoint) and strong graphic design background (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Experience working with additional creative, visual, interactive, and multimedia tools is a plus.
- Must have great attention to detail and quality control skills to ensure accuracy of materials.
- A demonstrated experience in graphic design disciplines, including an understanding of typography, color, layout and best practices for the web.
- Proactive mindset – not shy about sharing ideas, contributing creative solutions, and working with different teams to bring concepts to life.
- Self-motivated, self-managed and a good communicator and collaborator.
- Experience in health care marketing, sales enablement, and multilingual collateral are preferred but not required.
Professional Qualification:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic/interactive design preferred, minimum verifiable High School diploma or GED required.
Experience Required: 05-06 Years.
Shift: Mon-Fri 9AM - 5PM ET (5 hours per day flexible within this timeframe)
