Job Description:
- Some after-hours coverage is expected. The resource should anticipate after hours request 2-3 days out of the week.
- The resource must be flexible as they are expecting a 10-30 hour per week work week to include possible work on weekends.
- They must check their phone periodically for any after-hours requests.
The resource must be highly experienced at least 9 plus years of experience. Please no job hoppers or resumes with multiple short term roles.
- Supporting the PMO team (team of three executives)
- Provide availability to BCG upon requests
- On call for questions or small requests via teams (who is in the office today, when is the next X, pushing meeting back by 15, etc.)
- Act as the central point of contact for BCG admins
- Managing the FFG email
- Managing the FFG calendar
- One off meeting requests
- Reschedule requests
- Meeting Series
- SteerCo Touchpoint

- EC++ Fit for Growth (with CV)
- Standing Cross-Workstream Delegate Touchpoint
- Workstream and PMO check ins (weekly on Thursday for each workstream)

- Attendee change requests
- Track and communicate declines / tentative
- Track and communicate vacations / OOO
- Negotiate with EC EAs to have EC members dial in from vacations
- Ensure the rooms that are set aside are not being double booked / managing acceptance of invites for 3 conference rooms
- BCG Team Support for onboarding (we have now onboarded 63 people)
- Registering all visitors in Envoy (until badges are ready)
- Onboarding new team members with HR to ensure account access is provided
- Onboarding new team members with Security to get badges

- Work with the real estate on securing rooms for the teams
- Work with IT on removing rooms from the system so they can’t be booked by those not involved in FFG
- Ordering catered lunch and snacks as needed for long / lunch hour meetings
- Key Points:
- Semi-frequent work requests before 8 AM, after 6PM or on the weekend
- Frequent same day / urgent requests
- Common to get a list of 20 needs sent over late on a Friday that need to be done for Monday
- 10-30 hours a week needed
- Ability to respond quickly is needed
