Financial Analyst II

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This individual will be responsible for supporting the Global Supply Chain team, which includes oversight across all divisions of the company, with a corporate focus in planning and close.
• This individual will work closely with finance and accounting, as well as various departmental managers to ensure proper accounting, analysis, and operational practices.
• Analyze monthly financials results to support month end and provide meaningful explanations on variances to plan.
• Strong understanding of P&L, business drivers, headcount, and trends.
• Support department owners in basic financial analysis, developing monthly reporting summaries for department leads as well as templates for planning updates.
• Effectively communicate data and analysis to management to help drive business results.
• Provide forecasting and budgeting support, preparing presentations for senior management.
• Support financial functions in ad hoc analysis.
• Support inventory SOX controls.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan and mange multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Solid technical foundation of systems, processes, and principles.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data for analysis and problem solving.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to take on new things, adding value to the organization.
• Demonstrate strong communication, business partnering and presentation skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree, Accounting or Finance concentration
