Functional Consultant

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Product Knowledge – Should be able to configure, demonstrate variety of scenarios to the Customer without additional handholding.
• Should be able to trouble-shoot issues across Oracle Modules.
• Ability to understand & gather business requirements. 
• Provide thought leadership and consulting to the Customer.
• Important: This is NOT a “Follower / Order Taker” role.
• Provide Solution Options on Oracle HCM (Payroll, Benefits). 
• Compare and contrast with legacy applications ( such as PeopleSoft)
• Collaborate with both Internal and External (Customer) stakeholders to drive solution creation and acceptance in a time-bound manner.
• Should be willing & able to play a variety of tasks in the Project.
• Good quality professional documentation (includes Presentations, Writing Documents, Deliverables, Test Cases etc.)
• Keep abreast of the latest & greatest on Oracle HCM’s roadmap and capabilities.
