Google Cloud Lead associate - WAF / VPC SC role

Job Description :-

Technical/Functional Skills :

• Proficient in Google Cloud, focus on Networking.
• Experience with general networking and design principles.
• GCP Certification ( ACE or PCA ).
• Proper understanding of Web Application Firewall concepts.

Roles & Responsibilities : 

• Lead delivery for VPC SC and WAF - manage timelines, WAF - adaptive protection and other features, getting Cloud Armour into all LZ, VPC SC - recertification, automation.
• Experience in building security defences for data protection (VPC SC) . design & implement VPC SC rules, cloud network security standard patterns.
• GCP Cloud Armor WAF Security policy/rule review ( Terraform Code review )  and provide recommendation.
• Network Security Reference architecture design review.
• Take ownership of deliverables, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Exceptional level of communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with appropriate teams, including GCP Platform Engineering and Network Engineering.
• Produce high quality documentation (HLD/LLD/KOP).
