HR Generalist

Job Description:
Will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc. Will provide direct support to the HR Director. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Must have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in any HR related field based on position. To support the HR Director with various HR Generalist duties ranging from Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety, etc. Will be brought in to Augment the current HR Staff with special project or peak time of need.
Hiring Manager’s comments:
Looking for someone skilled in MS office system
Drafting letters for employees
Developing draft for discipline letters
Partnering with talent acquisition, labor, and related department.
2-3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Someone would be from little hr experience.
High school diploma will work.
