HR Shared Services Coordinator

- Data entry, invoicing, answering phones and taking cases in Salesforce, helping support the HR Shared Services Center.
- Employee transaction processing within our Human Capital Management system (HCM) with respect to assigned business line(s) using the teams case management system.
- Ownership and responsibility with respective Field HR staff for data accuracy and compliance with internal processes while following relevant laws, regulations and internal control procedures.
- Uses judgement and intuition to appropriately refer certain employee interactions to HRBP and/or utilize an HR Center of Excellence for assistance in an effort to provide the respective resolution.
- Supports and executes all assigned business line transactions timely with a high level of accuracy as well as troubleshoots any transactional conflicts that arise in partnership with the HR Shared Service team and Field HR Assist assigned Field HR staff with activities related to the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle which includes, but is not limited to onboarding, cross-boarding, employee file recordkeeping, employee referral process, tuition reimbursement, I-9 compliance and offboarding.
- Partners with managers, Field HR and Talent Development team to provide a successful employee onboarding experience throughout the employee’s first 90 days using new hire onboarding survey results to propose improvements and modifications to the process as needed. Cross-trains and serves as backup to other HR Specialists as necessary
