HR Specialist II - Benefits & Payroll

Duration: 12 Months

Responsible for maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll processing including time reporting, and ensuring compliance with state/federal laws and regulations.

•              Provides support to the HR, business leaders and team members.

•              May assist answering employee questions, and supporting employment cycle activities, such as, talent reviews, succession planning, on and off-boarding.

Role Specific Responsibilities:

•              Payroll tracking and validation, Reconciliation of Labor Hours for Employees from ADP

•              HR reporting, Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.

•              Assist with New Hire Orientation

•              Maintain employee records.

•              Assist HR management with HR data analysis and reporting.

•              Assist HR management with HR initiatives and projects.

•              Assist with creating a Workforce Development program.

•              Assist with Company activities.

•              Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.

•              Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database.

•              Review and make recommendations regarding HR documents.

•              Perform other HR duties as needed. This description is representative but not inclusive of all position responsibilities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR role. Candidate must have strong communication skills.
