- Employee relations investigation
- first point of contact for employee relations
- Focusing on employee engagement events
- Planning events on a monthly basis
- Familiar with regulations ADA, FMLA, unemployment of PA, review doctor notes
- PowerPoint experience will be a plus.
- Experience creating presentations.
Experience:
- Bilingual(Spanish) Experience is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR Generalist role.
- 2+ years of experience with managing employee investigations and conflict resolution.
