Human Resources Business Partner

Duration:  10 Months

  • No recruitment experience is required
  • Employee relations investigation
  • first point of contact for employee relations
  • Focusing on employee engagement events
  • Planning events on a monthly basis
  • Familiar with regulations ADA, FMLA, unemployment of PA, review doctor notes
  • PowerPoint experience will be a plus.
  • Experience creating presentations.

Experience:

  • Bilingual(Spanish) Experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR Generalist role.
  • 2+ years of experience with managing employee investigations and conflict resolution.
