IC Layout Designer

Duration: 12 Months

Candidates for this position are experienced layout designers that understand the nuances of integrated circuit layout in modern design environments. You will work with a team of experienced IC designers to layout high performance analog, RF, and microwave circuits.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Foremost, the applicant must be experienced with IC layout in the Cadence IC design environment, including Virtuoso Layout GXL, DRC, and LVS tools. Specific experience in Global Foundries SiGe BiCMOS processes is a plus, especially 9HP.

Basic qualifications:
• A 2-year or 4-year degree in a technology or science-related discipline, such as electrical engineering technology.
• At least 5 years experience with the Cadence IC design environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
